I had the pleasure of being served by Hamza at Zizzi, and he was honestly fantastic. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel right at home. He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew the menu well. He recommended a couple of dishes that turned out to be amazing, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. What really stood out was how natural and attentive he was. He checked in at just the right times, always with a smile, but never in an overly pushy way. You could tell he really enjoys what he does. We had such a wonderful family meal here at Zizzi White City. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Fady helped us make some great choices by recommending some of the new additions on the menu. He and his team checked in on us to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal and regularly cleared the table. My daughters loved how multiple staff members brought our food to the table at the same time. They said it made them feel extra special being served in this way. We definitely felt this highlighted Zizzi's team spirit and excellent service. The food was delicious and everyone, including my very fussy 6 year old, loved their meal! Thank you :)
On a busy Saturday me and my friend went for a spontaneous pasta. We were served by the wonderful Raquel who greeted us with a warm smile and excellent service. My friend ordered a spaghetti she didn’t really enjoy and I asked Raquel if we could get it swapped. Raquel was very efficient and kind in making my friend feel validated and attended to her needs. We were super happy with our experience (it was our first time here)!
After a day of shopping for clothes, I sought a place to sit down and enjoy a meal, and this establishment met my expectations. I ordered a vegetarian lasagne, which was quite delightful. My only complaint was that I wished for a larger portion. For dessert, I chose a cheesecake, which was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and one employee, whom I believe was named Layla, provided particularly warm hospitality.
